Read continuous aerosol distribution composed of several modes.

Parameters

[in,out]	file	Spec file to read data from.
[in,out]	aero_data	Aero_data data.
[in]	read_aero_weight_classes	Whether the weight classes for each source are specified in inputs.
[in,out]	aero_dist	Aerosol dist.

An aerosol distribution file consists of zero or more modes, each in the format described by Input File Format: Aerosol Distribution Mode
